Our Services - We create juror questionnaires, guidelines for your case presentation, exhibits, jury instructions, and closing arguments. After the presentation, the juror participants deliberate, reach a verdict and are debriefed by our trial consultant to uncover the crucial evidence that leads to the outcome. This information allows us to assist the lawyers in creating trial questionnaires and trial materials which pinpoint key issues in jury selection and participants’ response to case themes and arguments. We also provide you with insights based on our own case experience and research. We can provide you with an analysis of the participants’ perceptions of your oral presentation in a summary report.
We understand that it is not economically feasible for each case to have a large focus group, therefore, our fees are based on a sliding scale according to your budgetary allowance. Our focus groups range from half a day or an evening to several days.
Our Sample Jurors -
Our participants include people from the likely jury population or other sample population that may be appropriate in the case. We generally provide a written report soon after each focus group study which provides our analysis of the research jurors' reasoning and are suggestions for the development of persuasive themes and strategies for the case.
After debriefing and deliberations, you may decide to change witnesses, eliminate or add demonstrative evidence, clear up areas of confusion and ensure the best way for your trial story to be told.
Focus Groups , Mock and Mini Trials -
We carefully screen our juries using gender, age, education, race, employment and income. We research and select a demographic match of the jury pool where the case is being tried.
Our focus groups hear the case presentation, then give their opinions on every aspect of the case to clarify the arguments and clear up confusion, including credibility of the witnesses, which facts are given more weight to the evidence, which exhibits are useful or damning. The debriefing and feedback is critical to any lawsuit, complex or small.
We also provide jury selection consultations, venue research and other services to attorneys and law firms throughout the United States.
